Our nurses are experienced in caring for sick children.
All of our staff are certified registered nurses.
If your children have more than 37.5 ℃, we will arrange for a hospital visit or a doctor's home visit.
Please note that we do not provide medical services.
If our nurses need to administer medication to your children, you will need to sign the permission form.

・Babysitting services are provided with various insurances and are available from a minimum of 4 hours.
・Complimentary housekeeping service with 2 week advance reservation. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm only. If you request housekeeping service, two staff members may visit your home.
・For a babysitting service for more than 2 children, there will be an additional fee of 3,300 yen per hour.
・Transportation and parking fees will be charged for reservations outside of Yokohama City, Kawasaki City, and Tokyo 23 wards.
・If the service starts or ends at midnight (11pm to 5:30am), we will charge you a taxi fee from your home to the babysitter's home.
・Babysitters are not allowed to give medication without a signed permission form from the parents.
・Extensions will be charged in increments of 1 hour.
・If you need online or telephone medical interpreter service, it will be 13,000 yen/hr. Please add the medical translation fee when you reserve the babysitting service. Medical interpreting services are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Our house is far from the station, can you send a babysitter?If your location is more than 1.2 km from the nearest train station (more than a 12 minute walk), please have them take a taxi or pick you up and drop you off at the train station.

Please feel free to ask about the transportation fee from this chat. ・Service charges vary depending on the start time. To extend after 5pm, please select "Extension Options (Night Time)". Are there any other fees in addition to the service fee?(1) If transportation to and from the center is required, a separate transportation fee will be charged. *As a general rule, public transportation will be used, but if the child is in poor health or violent and dangerous, a taxi will be used at the discretion of the site. (2) From 11:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. there is no public transportation, so we will charge a taxi fee from the site to the babysitter's house.

How do you manage seeing a doctor?The method of online visits/house calls/consultations will be determined locally. If you have a designated physician, please let us know in advance. - Online consultation: We will locate and consult with an online physician affiliated with our company or an online physician at your home address. - House Call: We will locate a house call physician or a physician who will make house calls to your home address. - Physical examination: When we pick up your child from preschool, we will take him or her to a nearby pediatric clinic or to a pediatric clinic near your home address. - Ambulance request: In the event of an emergency, we will call an ambulance.

Is it possible to use a Babysitter coupon that I received from my company / Can I use a coupon that has been issued by the city?Unfortunately, not currently. We are working on a system to process coupons.
